What is Swarm Steer?
Swarm Steer is a white-label 3D flock-steering game for trade show booths and brand events. The player drags a finger, or a mouse, to steer a flock of birds through 12 glowing hoops at golden hour while dodging hawks, wind turbines, crosswinds, storm cells and spinning bars. At the end the surviving birds swirl into your logo, which locks in as a silhouette against the sun and then resolves into full colour. A short lead form after the score leads to a leaderboard. Your team sets it up ahead in the built-in setup panel: your logo, theme colours and every line of wording.

Drag to steer a flock of birds through glowing hoops. A three-second how-to, then a 3-2-1 countdown. Twelve gates in four phases. Clean passes build a combo. Each hazard phase opens with an on-screen warning. Hawks, turbines, crosswinds, storms and spinning bars. The surviving birds form your logo. Score, today's rank and run stats. Lead form built in; where it sits is a setting. Today's top 10, with the visitor highlighted. Colours, logo and copy are configuration: Tidewell Robotics, a fictional demo brand. Colours, logo and copy are configuration: Brightkiln Studio, a fictional demo brand.

A run is about 41 seconds of play: roughly 36 seconds of flight and a 4-second finale, after a 3-second how-to and a 3-second countdown. Clean passes through the 12 gates build a combo. The results show the score, today's rank, perfect gates, flock saved and best combo, and the leaderboard ranks by score with flock saved as the tiebreak. Run length (short, standard or long) and a Relaxed, Standard or Expert preset are set in the setup panel.
How does my logo appear in the game?
At the end of every run the surviving birds swirl into your logo: it locks in as a dark silhouette in front of the sun, then resolves into your real logo in full colour. The same logo is on the attract screen, the results and the leaderboard. The setup panel shows a live preview and warns if a logo has too little detail.
Does Swarm Steer capture leads?
Yes. After the score, a short form asks for a first name and work email, with an optional company field and consent wording you set. You choose the fields, and you can ask before play instead or let players skip it. Export the leads as CSV or XLSX from the setup panel, behind the operator PIN.
Can we run it on more than one device?
Yes. One licence covers one device and can be configured to cover multiple devices. Leads are stored on the device that collected them, so export from each one.
How quickly can Swarm Steer be ready for our event?
On-site setup: Done ahead in the setup panel; about 15-30 minutes on site. Your logo, colours and wording are set up before the show, so on the day you connect the screen and go live.
Can this be customized to our brand?
Yes. You can start with a ready format and add your visual identity, messaging, and preferred calls-to-action.
Do we need technical staff at the booth?
No. The experience is built for non-technical teams with a clear operator flow and simple launch process.
What happens after the event?
You receive structured lead data and can review engagement outcomes to plan the next event iteration.
Do we need to order power for our booth?
Yes, if your booth does not already include it. At most US trade shows, electricity is ordered separately from the booth space through the show's exhibitor services, usually with an early-rate deadline a few weeks before the event. Order an outlet for the screen and computer when you book the rest of your booth services.
What hardware does Swarm Steer need?
Swarm Steer is designed for Touchscreen display, landscape 1920x1080, or a display with a mouse, A computer with a current Chrome browser and Apple M1 or Intel Iris Xe class graphics or better, serving the web build from any static web server, Speakers (optional). Does Swarm Steer work without venue Wi-Fi?
None during play. The game, the lead form, the leaderboard and the setup panel run on the device, and nothing is fetched while it plays. Leads are exported as CSV or XLSX files. Activating the licence is a one-time step in the setup panel, on a computer with internet.
