What is Prize Wheel?
Prize Wheel is a white-label spin-to-win game for trade show booths and brand events. A visitor registers, answers up to three quick questions, then swipes a large physical-feeling wheel that ticks over every peg and slows into suspense. The prize is decided from your odds and remaining stock before the wheel moves, and the reveal is sized to the prize: grand, premium or participation. A claim code tells your team what to hand over. Your team sets it up in the built-in setup panel: one of three looks, your logo, colours and fonts, prizes from a spreadsheet, stock, odds, wording and a protected grand prize. It runs entirely on the device, with no internet connection.

Prize Wheel: a spin-to-win game for your booth. Visitors register. Up to three quick qualifying questions. Then they spin the wheel. The reveal fits the prize: grand, premium or participation. A claim code tells your team what to hand over. Quick Setup lists the five steps to a live booth. Pick one of three looks: Showtime, Neon Arcade and Summit. Enter your company name. Add your logo. Set your colours: the preview follows every change. Set the wheel’s slice colours. Publish, and the booth shows the new name, logo and colours. Load your prizes from a spreadsheet. Change any wording. Publish again, and the booth shows the new wording and prizes. See the odds for today’s stock. Restock or adjust each prize. Arm the grand prize with a staff code. Prize Wheel: a white-label spin-to-win game for your booth. Fierce Guppy.
What Prize Wheel does for your booth
Draw a crowd with a wheel and a win moment that read clearly from three metres away
Capture leads with their qualifying answers and the prize they won attached, ready to export
Keep a giveaway under control with stock, odds, a protected grand prize and a log of every spin
Rebrand the wheel and load your own prizes yourself, without a developer
How Prize Wheel works at your booth
1
An attract loop shows the wheel, your logo and the prizes on offer, and a visitor taps to play.
2
The visitor registers with a short form and an on-screen keyboard, and agrees to your consent wording.
3
The visitor answers up to three multiple-choice questions, one per screen, if you set any.
4
The visitor swipes the wheel or taps SPIN, and the pointer ticks over each peg as the wheel slows to a stop.
5
A reveal sized to the prize plays, from a quiet thank-you to a full grand-prize celebration.
6
The claim screen shows the prize, your instructions and a short claim code, and the game resets for the next visitor.
Prize Wheel features and branding options
Key features
A big wheel with a physical feel: it takes the speed of the swipe, the pointer flaps over every peg and the last turns slow into suspense
A large SPIN button as a one-tap alternative to swiping
The prize is decided from your odds and remaining stock and saved before the wheel moves; the wheel then lands on it with varied turn counts and landing spots, so there is no pattern to read
Near misses that look believable, with an intensity you set (off, subtle or normal)
Stock per prize: a prize that runs out drops out of the draw and its odds pass to a stocked fallback prize
A protected grand prize: it cannot be won until staff arm it with a staff code, for a set number of spins or minutes
A queued "next spin wins" override for a VIP, protected by the staff code
Optional pacing that spreads grand prizes across show days or hours
Reveals sized to the prize: a full spectacle for the grand prize, a strong celebration for premium and a warm one for participation
An optional "no prize" result with a kind message, off until you turn it on
A claim screen with the prize, your instructions, a short claim code and an optional QR code, so staff can match it in the stock view
One to three multiple-choice qualifying questions, saved with each lead
A live stock view with restock and adjust actions, and any spin interrupted by a power cut listed with its claim code
An audit log of every spin, override and stock change, chained so tampering shows, with a CSV export
Rehearsal mode: test spins use no stock and stay out of your reports
A sound and a visual response to every tap and swipe, with sounds generated on the device; the wheel and the reveal read clearly from three metres away
Kiosk mode: full screen, with visitor gestures, the context menu and text selection blocked, the setup panel kept behind a hidden gesture and PIN, and a return to the attract loop when a visitor walks away
An effects setting (off, low or high) for weaker hardware; with effects off the game still looks finished, and it follows the device's reduced-motion setting
What you can customize
Three built-in looks: Showtime (a game-show wheel with lacquered slices and marquee bulbs), Neon Arcade (glowing outlines over a synthwave horizon) and Summit (calm and corporate, with brushed metal)
Your logo on the wheel hub and the screens, your brand colours, and your own slice colours
Display and body fonts from a bundled list, or your own uploaded font file
Background: a preset, a gradient or your own image
From 4 to 12 slices, each with a label, prize name, tier, colour, picture, weight and stock
Prizes loaded from a CSV or XLSX spreadsheet, with a template to start from and a check of every row before anything is applied
Odds, the fallback prize, the optional no-prize result, grand-prize arming and pacing, and the staff code
Up to three qualifying questions, each with two to six answers, single or multiple choice, required or optional
Lead form fields and consent wording, and whether a repeat email may spin again
Every line of wording on every screen, including your claim instructions
Claim timeout, minimum reveal time, idle timeouts and the spin hint delay
Sound on or off, with volume levels, and an audio palette for each look
Your whole setup exported and imported as a single file, to copy it to another device

Prize Wheel is web-first. The web build is a static folder you serve to a current Chrome browser on the booth device, played full screen. It runs offline and has the full setup panel. Desktop apps for macOS and Windows, which run the same game full screen and offline, are available on request. None ships by default, so ask us if you want one.
Can two screens share one prize stock?
Not in this version. Stock is kept on each device, so two wheels at one booth each count their own stock, and the same prize can be given out on both. Split your prizes between the devices when you set them up, and export the leads from each.
How do we stop the grand prize being won at the wrong time?
Until staff arm it, the grand prize cannot be drawn. Staff arm it with a staff code, separate from the setup panel PIN, for a set number of spins or minutes, and it locks again by itself. You can also turn on pacing to spread grand prizes across your show days or hours.
What happens when a prize runs out?
It drops out of the draw and its share of the odds goes to your fallback prize, which you mark in the setup panel and can stock without limit. Every other prize keeps exactly the odds you set. If the fallback is also gone, the game shows a "no prize" result if you have turned that on, and otherwise pauses on a restocking message until staff add stock.
Can we choose who wins a prize?
Yes, for a VIP. With the staff code, staff queue a "next spin wins" prize, and the next visitor to spin gets it. The prize must be in stock, and every override is written to the audit log.
Does Prize Wheel capture leads?
Yes. Visitors register before they spin, with the fields and consent wording you choose, and answer up to three qualifying questions. The lead export has one column per question, then the prize, its tier, the spin time and the claim code, as CSV or XLSX. You can turn the registration step off if you only want the wheel.
What if the power goes out during a spin?
The prize is decided and saved before the wheel moves, so stock and the spin record survive a power cut. After a restart, any spin that did not finish appears in the stock view with its claim code, so staff can honour it or return the prize to stock.
Can we load our own prizes?
Yes. Fill in the prize spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) with a row per slice, from 4 to 12: label, prize name, tier, weight and stock. Upload it in the setup panel, which lists any row it could not use and why, and applies nothing until the whole file is valid.
How quickly can we launch this at an event?
Most teams launch in days, not weeks. Setup is designed to be straightforward for event staff.
Can this be customized to our brand?
Yes. You can start with a ready format and add your visual identity, messaging, and preferred calls-to-action.
Do we need technical staff at the booth?
No. The experience is built for non-technical teams with a clear operator flow and simple launch process.
What happens after the event?
You receive structured lead data and can review engagement outcomes to plan the next event iteration.
What hardware does Prize Wheel need?
Prize Wheel is designed for Touchscreen display, 1920x1080, A mid-range laptop or desktop computer, A current Chrome browser to play the web build (macOS and Windows desktop apps are available on request). Supported inputs include Touch input (swipe the wheel or tap SPIN), Mouse or trackpad, No physical keyboard needed: registration uses an on-screen keyboard.
Does Prize Wheel work without venue Wi-Fi?
None during play. The game, the lead form, stock tracking, the audit log and the setup panel run on the device with no connection, and fonts, sounds and graphics are bundled. Leads are exported as CSV or XLSX files. Activating the licence is a one-time step in the setup panel, on a computer with internet.
